UPDATE: Marie is frequently out until almost dark, the best time to call is usually after 7 pm EST, up until 9 pm (Haitian time is an hour earlier than Eastern while we are in DST, and it's the same as Eastern while we are not in DST - apologies if I messed anyone up!).
